The professional seamstress is a bride’s assurance that her wedding gown will fit flawlessly. The magical skill of an experienced seamstress will calm the fears of any nervous bride. “It’s all about the bride,” says Laura, expert Seamstress at Kathryn’s Bridal. “Nothing is more important than making a bride feel special in her dress! She needs to feel confident that I will make her vision a reality. ”

“Often seamstresses go the extra mile to ensure a bride actually has something special inside her dress,” smiles Kathryn Trocki, owner of Kathryn’s Bridal in McHenry. “Our seamstresses are masters of their craft and make every dress exquisitely custom including the lining.”

“The details matter to our brides,” states Laura. “As I become acquainted with a bride, I become personally connected. I often suggest adding something blue to the inside lining of their gowns and brides love the idea of a monogram.”

The process of adding a blue custom monogram to a wedding gown is rather labor intensive and requires hand stitching. “I often receive pictures from our bride’s wedding day. I love seeing pictures of my smiling brides!” adds Laura.

Kathryn’s Bridal is fortunate to have in-house professional seamstresses who will go above and beyond for our brides. “The complete satisfaction of every bride is our only goal,” says Kathryn. “Every team member is committed to our reputation of premier service.”
